Calls are handled by an AI and may be recorded.

We use this information to answer and route calls, book appointments, send follow-up messages, deliver and improve the voice service, keep it secure, and meet legal obligations.

Recording and AI Notice

Calls handled by our voice products may be recorded and transcribed. The business you are calling is responsible for telling you that you are speaking with an AI and that the call may be recorded. Please do not share payment card numbers or other highly sensitive details on a call.

Service Providers

We use trusted third parties for telephone service, speech and AI processing, and hosting so the product can work. They may handle call data only to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use call recordings to advertise to you.

Text Messaging

If you opt in, we send text messages about your inquiry, services, and appointments, about 1 to 4 per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

Retention

We keep recordings, transcripts, and messages only as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements.
